Tacoma Rear Shackle Flip w/ 4" Shackle

This shackle flip design is like no others. It shifts the pivot point about 6 inches forward to allow for a longer shackle and a more compliant ride with 6+" of down-travel from ride height. Upward travel is dependent on leaf spring stiffness and the weight of the truck. This kit comes with a 4 inch shackle that can be upgraded to variable lengths. Bolt on kit. NO WELDING REQUIRED!

Installation requirements:
-Will need to remove the old leaf spring hanger
-Will need to drill out rivets and bore out holes with 1/2" Drill bits
-There is an existing forward hole that needs to be bored out to 1/2"
-Will Need to trim off Exhaust Tail Pipe

Recommended Additional Modifications:
-Extended Brake lines and shocks are needed in order to achieve full droop (Link for Brake Lines)
-Extended Fox 2.0 shocks which can be found here (pictures don't match the actual product)- https://amzn.to/49jUTm3
-Extended bump stops and limit straps to safely use full travel of suspension without damaging shocks when traversing more difficult trails
-Not recommended for use with completely stock spring packs, unless used with an Add-a-leaf. Leaf springs may flatten and arch in the wrong direction due to the weakness of the stock leaf packs.
